The REKO-ringen organization serves as an intermediary for local farmers to connect with consumers and promote their products. However, the existing system relies heavily on Facebook groups, which present certain limitations and inefficiencies. In response, our design solution introduces a mobile application that reimagines the way farmers and customers interact, fostering a more seamless, engaging experience.
Our vision is to create a future where local farmers can showcase their fresh, organic produce and connect directly with customers, without the constraints of traditional platforms. The REKO-ringen mobile application and desktop solution aims to be the catalyst that empowers farmers and promotes sustainable, community-driven food networks.
Mobile version
The heart of our design solution lies in providing a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth and delightful shopping experience for both farmers and consumers. Users can effortlessly explore various product categories, view detailed information, and make secure purchases with just a few taps.
Desktop version
In addition to the mobile application, we have also developed a desktop version of the REKO-ring platform. The desktop version provides a seamless experience, allowing users to access the REKO-ring platform from their computers. With a familiar and intuitive interface, customers can conveniently browse and purchase local farm products from the comfort of their desktops.
